Do you experience marginalization, feel disconnected from yourself or experience numbness or strong emotions? Have you experienced dysregulated thoughts or have impulsive behaviors; are you curious about creating a life worth living?

I will walk alongside you step by step in nonjudgmental, empathic, and authentic way. Providing an approach that provides both acceptance and support to change, to increase mindfulness and skills to regulate emotions, cognitions and behavior.

You are where you are for good reason and what you value and want to work on matters.

A little more about me. I am a member of a Franciscan religious community deeply immersed in work to address indigenous rights and racial injustice. I have worked for many years with people who are unhoused, use substances, and with people who are disabled.

Additionally, I have worked as part of Comprehensive DBT program and have provided DBT skills training online for people wanting to learn and practice skills on their journey toward healing.

If you are interested in participating in individual therapy or a non-intensive DBT skills group, please feel free to contact me.
