When the challenges of life threaten to overwhelm us, sharing our personal experiences with a warm and attentive listener can be a healing and empowering exercise. Patrice is a spiritually integrated psychotherapist who wants to help you identify and remove obstacles that diminish your sense of well-being. She works with you to resolve problems, understand yourself better, uncover growth opportunities, and find meaning.

Our mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. A sense of well-being improves our outlook on life and allows us to make wise decisions. Mental and emotional wellness lets us create stronger, healthier bonds that lead to more satisfying and supportive relationships. We learn resilience and can cope better with the stresses of daily life.

Patrice sees clients at the Claret Center, Assumption Catholic Church, and via telehealth.
An initial consultation is offered free of charge.
