Mary Worden, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Director for the Psychotherapy Training Program at Claret Center. Mary earned her Doctorate of Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from Ball State University in Indiana.
Mary provides psychotherapy, assessment, consultation services and workshops in English and Spanish. She has worked in health care, higher education, private practice, and parish/community development in the Chicagoland area for many years. As former member of a religious order, she is familiar with many issues faced by members of religious communities and others in ministry, yet she works with adults of all faiths, as well as with those with no religious affiliation. Special areas of interest include health and wellness, the integration of physical, mental, and spiritual health care, multicultural issues, bariatric assessment and consultation, developing natural support networks, and supervision and training.
