Jessica Rios

Jessica Rios holds a BA in Graphic Arts from Robert Morris. Her professional experience also incudes work as a receptionist, translator, and sales rep, placing her at the crossroads between people and the technologies that serve them.

Each of Jessica’s many skills and specialties began with interests that emerged in high school. As a teen, she dedicated a portion of her free time to volunteer work at Holy Cross Hospital, where she served as a receptionist, translator, and sales rep, as needs emerged.

At school, she developed a strong interest in painting and art—and found she was good at it, too. Seeking a deeper understanding of both art history and contemporary methods, she enrolled at Robert Morris, emerging with a BA in Graphic Design and a strong, impressive portfolio.

After learning about the work Claret Center does, Jessica decided to apply—and then accept an offer—for a position in reception that relies heavily upon her people skills. She also maintains and refreshes her graphic design portfolio. Jessica also keeps up with new technologies that support her work, making her an exceptional liaison between clients and staff and between people and the technologies that serve them.
